Professionalism
These training programs include, HIPAA, Ethics & Compliancy, and a 40 hour medical interpreting course. We encourage all our interpreters to pass a certification test within 1 year of hire. In addition to these training programs, each of our medical interpreters are certified and understand ADA and HIPAA requirements.
This means all of your medical personnel can proceed confidently towards any language barrier knowing they’ll be supported by talented and professional interpreters.

Quick Response Time
In the event you need access to patient information and symptoms immediately, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) would provide the quickest connection to an interpreter. Once connected to an interpreter your clinic may choose whether to continue with VRI or use VRI until an onsite interpreter can be secured.
We believe a quick response from your language provider is vital to beginning care of a patient. Providing our customers with a variety of communication methods such as in person, over the phone, video remote interpreting, or a platform of your choice.
This gives you the confidence of knowing that in any event, we have the processes and systems in place to provide the help you need, when you need it.
