Transcription Services
Transcription turns spoken language into captions for people to read. While the speaker speaks, the audience reads captions of what the speaker is saying. Plus, audience members receive the captions to read right from their smartphone or displayed on a large screen to make them visible to everyone.
Over the Phone Interpreting
Over the phone interpreting (OPI) is great for quick communication with Limited English Proficient (LEP) people. For example, phone interpreters are great when onsite interpreters aren’t available, or for shorter interactions. Also, our new conference calling system is now available for both Iowa and Florida.
