Owner, Director of Operations
Susan has been in the field of interpreting for 20 years. She earned her degree from Iowa Western Community College and upon completion of internship this summer, will hold a legal certificate from the University of Northern Colorado. Her experience is vast, having held positions such as, Community Interpreter, Adjunct Instructor, Interpreter Manager, Lead of Mentorship Program, and owner of Hands up Communications.

Office Manager
Breanna comes to Hands Up Communications with a Business Administrative Assistant AAS degree. Having prior experience working as an Administrative Assistant for Principle Financial Group, she understands the importance of details, customer service, and office management. Her personal experiences with the deaf and interpreter communities provide her with insight to scheduling needs. She is currently pursuing a BA in Business at Mount Mercy University.

Accounting Officer
With management experience in a variety of industries, such as; hotel, medical facility, and postal service, Jodi’s expertise of office management, accounting, and customer relations is extensive. She continues to work as an accountant and personal accountant for select customers while working with Hands Up Communications full time.
